FINANCE LEASE

FINANCE LEASE FOR BUSINESS GROWTH

Finance lease is a type of asset finance where a finance company gives operating control of an asset to a business for an agreed period, however the finance company retains legal ownership of the asset. A business will usually pay a fixed monthly payment for use of the asset, this is calculated based on the asset value, the lease term and the finance companies interest rate. At the end of the agreed term, the business may have the option to purchase the asset, return it to the finance company or enter into a new lease agreement.
